I am proud to announce that this winter my painting, “Night Singer”, will be published on the cover of Joel Kabakov’s new collection of poetry, Available Light. The book is being released by Goldfish Press in Seattle, Washington. The painting was inspired by the beautiful poem “Night Singer (for Tiffany)”, written for me on my birthday in 2011 by Joel Kabakov. The poem was recognized with the Editor’s Choice award in the publication Line Zero in 2011 and will now appear as the first poem in the book, Available Light.
This is a true testament to the many meaningful ways in which artists can inspire each other!
